Cindy: A step by step approach to learning a healthier lifestyle. We are a community trying to learn from the books "Nourishing Traditions" by Sally Fallon and "Nutrition and Degenerative Disease" by Weston A. Price. I like practical, manageable and efficient ways to improve your health and life. I am a Christian with a few years under my belt. Discovering and researching and learning new things is a big hobby for me. Right now I am fascinated by relearning old skills and arts that seem to have been lost. I am a Mom who is interested in providing nutrient dense foods to my family and friends. I believe your best defense against a toxic world is a good immune system.
